ANCHOR EASEMENT
CITY OF REDLANDS, a municipal corporation ( hereinafter
referred to as "Grantor* ) , hereby grant to SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
EDISON COMPANY, a corporation, its successors and assigns,
(hereinafter referred to as *Grantee' ) , an easement to construct,
use, maintain, alter, add to, repair, replace, inspect, relocate
and/or remove at any gime and from time to time, stub poles, guy
' 4) wires, anchors and other appurtenant fixtures and/or equipment
needed for anchorage purposes (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee' s
facilities" ) , in, on, over and across that certain real property in
the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California,
described as follows:

BEGINNING at a found 2 iron pipe at the intersection of
the centerlines of San Bernardino Avenue and Crafton Avenue as
shown on map of Tract No. 2869 , recorded in Book 39, page 61 of
Maps in said office of the County Recorder; thence North 79°
48 ' 25" East, 150 .00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence South 590 49 ' 05" East, 106 .00 feet.
The Grantee shall have free access to Grantee's facili-
ties, and every part thereof, at all times, for the purpose of exer-
