FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of, which is hereby acknowledged,
do hereby grant to City of Redlands, a municipal corporation duly organized in
accordance with the laws of the State of California, the real property in the County
of San Bernardino, State of California, desbribed as follows:
An easement for pipeline and right-of-way purposes, including the construction,
maintenance, repair and use of pipelines and appurtenances, and ingress and
egress over the following described real property in the County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:
A fifteen (15) foot wide .easement being 7 1/2 ' on either side
of the following described line:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot Q •as recorded
per tract 12798 records of San Bernardino County State of
California; thence North 11 degrees, 11 minutes, 54 seconds
east 15 . 06 feet; Thence South 73 degrees, 48 minutes, 06
seconds 80 feet; Thence South ll ' degrees, 11 minutes , 54
seconds Fest 15 .06 feet; Thence North 73 degrees, 48 minutes,
06 seconds West 80 feet. to the point of beginning as shown in
Exhibit "A" . ' Excepting therefrom all the portion within
street right-of-way.
