valuable considerations, the undersigned,

Hereby grant(s) to the CITY OF REDLANDS, a municipal corporation in the
County of San Bernardino, State of California, an easement for the
construction, installation, maintenance, replacement and removal of an
irrigation line system over, under, upon and across the following described
real property :
