A strip of land, 15 feet in width lying in Parcel No. 3 of
Parcel Map No. 5763, in the City of Redlands, County of San
Bernardino, State of California, recorded in Map Book 59,
Page 10, as recorded in the office of the County Recorder of
said county, the centerline of said strip being described as
follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Parcel No. 3;
thence westerly along the southerly boundary line of said
Parcel No. 3 a distance of 60.50 feet to the centerline of
said easement, being the true point of beginning; thence
N.050 17'34"E. 86.33 feet; thence N.21°06'16"W. 109.56 feet;
to the north boundary of said Parcel No. 3.
