PARTNERSHIP GRANT OF EASEMENT
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, do hereby grant to the City of Redlands,
a municipal corporation duly organized in accordance with laws of
the State of CALIFORNIA, described as follows:
An easement for sidewalk purposes described as follows':
Commencing at the North one-quarter corner of said Section 22,
said one-quarter corner being the intersection of San Bernardino
Avenue an'. Orange Street ; Thence North 89 degrees 39 minutes 45
seconds East along the centerline of said San Bernardino Ave. ,
344. 13 fe-'t ; Thence South parallel to the centerline of said
Orange Street, 50 feet to the point of beginning ; Thence South 89
degrees 39 minutes 45 seconds West parallel to the centerline of
said San Bernardino Ave~ 269. 25 feet to a point, being the
beginning of a tangent curve concave to the southeast and having
a radius of 20. 00 feet and a central angle of 89 degrees 39
minutes 45 seconds; Thence southwesternly along said curve a
distance of 30. 12 feet to a point on a line being 55 feet
Easterly and parallel to the centerline of said Orange St. ;
Thence South 588. 83 feet, more or less* along said parallel line
to a point, being on the Southerly line of the above described
land ; Thence North 89 degrees 39 minutes 45 seconds East along
said Southerly line a distance of 14 feet ; Thence North parallel
to and 69 feet Easterly of the centerline of Orange St. a
distance of 574. 83 feet to a point, being the beginning of a
tangent curve concave to the Southeast and having a radius of
