In the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, Lying within Section 29,
Township I South, Range 3 West, S. B. M., being a portion of Block 7 of Barton Ranch, as
shown by map on file in Book 6 of Maps, at Page 19, records of said County and State, described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the south line of said Block 7, 44,00 feet westerly, of the center line of
Nevada Street, as measured at right angles thereto, as shown on Exhibit"B";
Thence South 89'49' 00" West, along said south line, a distance of 3.19 feet, to the beginning of
a non-tangent curve, concaving westerly, with a radius of 456.00 feet, and whose radius point
bears North 83' 50' 46" West;
Thence Northerly along said curve, through a central angle of 60 47' 11", an arc length of 54.01
feet, to a point of cusp, said point being 44 feet westerly of the center tine of said Nevada Street,
as measured at right angles thereto;
Thence South 00' 37' 57" East, parallel with the center fine of said Nevada Street, a distance of
53.91 feet, to the Point of Beginning.
Total Area : 57.35 Square Feet.
