acknowledged,
EADINGTON FRUIT COMPANY, a California corporation,
KENNETH E. WAGGENER AND WINIFRED WAGGENER, INDIVIDUALLY
AND JOHN C. KN, PP AND BLANCHE A. KNAPP
AS TRUSTEE OF THE KNAPS' TRUST
Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF REDLANCS S, a municipal
corporation, Grantee, a permanent and perpetual right of way
easement for access, ingress and egress, together with the
right to forever construct , maintain, improve, alter,
relocate, and reconstruct a sewer system connected to the
Palmetto Interceptor Sewer System and appurtenant structures
and facilities, or otherwise occupy and use as determined
necessary by the Grantee, both abo e> and below the ground
level, under and across the following described real prop-
erty in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, to wit:
