FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receiot of which is hereby acknowledged,does the City of
Redlands hereby grant to City of Redlands, A Munibipal Corporation duly organized in
accordance with laws of -Ewd."State of California, described as follows:
A temporary easement slope and right-of-way at any time, to construct a slope
within said easement, said easement described as follows:
Portions of Parcel l and Parcel 2 of Parcel Map N. 13102 as recorded in
Book 15B of Parcel Maps; Page 19 and 20 in the Office of the County Recorder,
County of San Bernardino, State of California described as follows:
Within Parcel 1; that area bounded by the southeasterly line of said
Parcel 1, said line also being the northwesterly right-of-way line of Wabash
Avenue, and by a line parallel to and 60 feet northwesterly of said southeasterly
line of Parcel 1, and by the northerly and southerly lines of said Parcel 1.
Within Parcel 2; that area bounded by the northwesterly line of said Parcel
2, said line also being the southeasterly right-of-way line of Wabash Avenue,
and by a line parallel to and 95 feet southeasterly of said northwesterly line
of Parcel 2, and by the northerly and southerly lines of Parcel 2.
it is understood and agreed that the slope easement will revert to said Parcel
1 and Parcel 2 after the completion of construction.

conversion. Motion seconded by Councilmember Cunningham and
carried unanimously.
The following items were acted upon during the afternoon session:
Landscape Following brief discussion, Councilmember Larson moved to
Maintenance continue to January 21, 1992, Resolutions Nos. 4823 through 4825
District to institute proceedings for Annexation No. 7 to Landscape
Maintenance District No. 1 to allow Councilmembers Cunningham
and Foster additional time to review the documents. Motion
seconded by Councilmember Cunningham and carried unanimously.
Street Lighting Councilmember Larson moved to continue to January 21, 1992,
District Resolutions Nos. 4827 through 4829 to institute proceedings for
Annexation No. 4 to Street Lighting District No. 1 to allow
Councilmembers Cunningham and Foster additional time to review
the documents. Motion seconded by Councilmember Cunningham
and carried unanimously.
Resolution On motion of Councilmember Larson, seconded by Councilmember
No. 4832 Milson, Council unanimously approved Resolution No. 4832, a
resolution of the City Council of the City of Redlands establishing
Traffic the following traffic regulations pursuant to Title 10 of the
Redlands Municipal Code: Establish no parking zone on the east
side of University Street adjacent to and south of Sylvan
Boulevard.
Easement On motion of Councilmember Larson, seconded by Councilmember
".""'°Milson, Council unanimously authorized a grant of easement for a
temporary easement slope and right-of-way at any time to
construct a slope on each side of Wabash Avenue on property
owned by the City of Redlands (Parcels 1 and 2 of Parcel
Map 13102).
Blue Mountain On motion of Councilmember Larson, seconded by Councilmember
Agreement Milson, Council unanimously approved Agreement No. 80891 with
Meridian Communications for site use at Blue Mountain to establish
a new transmission. station.
Stormwater On motion of Councilmember Larson, seconded by Councilmember
Agreement Milson, Council unanimously acknowledged receipt of the National
Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Stormwater (NPDES) Permit
Implementation Agreement for review and comment. A letter of
explanation from Charles L. Laird, San Bernardino County,
accompanied the draft agreement which explained the background
with origin of NPDES. Cost estimates are currently being
developed for each city; after the cost information is available, the
Implementation Agreement will be placed on a future Council
agenda for consideration.
