accordance with the Laws of the State of California, the real property in the County

maintenance, repair and use of pipelines and appurtenances, and ingress ani

Coruncncing at the Southeast coiner of Section 18, Township 1 South, Range 2 West,
San Bernardino Aferidian, being the true point of beginning; thence Westerly along

of Crafton Avenue; thence North 1° 39' 00" West 40 feet to a point being the North
right-of-way line of San Bernardino Avenue; thence South 89° 59' 48" Last 91.60
feet to a line being the East line of Section 18; thence Southerly along said line
to the true point of beginning.
CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed to
City of Redlands dated July 10, 1985 , from
Mentone Groves Company
to the City of Redlands, a governmental agency, is hereby accepted and
the Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
