A 6 foot wide non-building easement on, over and above that portion of
Parcel No. 1, Parcel Map No. 10573 , as per Parcel Map recorded in Book
122 of parcel. Flaps, Page 24 , Official Records of the County
of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Southeast corner of said Parcel No. 1, said point
lying on the North right of way line of Stuart Avenue, as shown by
said Parcel Map; thence North 0 ° 02 " 4611 East along the East line of
said parcel , 10 . 00 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence
continuing North 0 ° 021 4611 East 38 . 74 feet; thence North 89 ° 571 141"
West 6 . 00 feet; thence South 0 ° 021 4511 West parallel with the East
line of said Parcel No. 1, 38 . 74 feet; thence South 89 ° 571 1411 East
6 . 00 feet to the point of beginning.
The 6 foot wide non-building easement over the hereinabove described
portion of Parcel No. 1 of Parcel Map No. 10573 is for the purpose of
enforcing non-building within that area as a method of insuring fire
protection between buildings.
