to time, to coRastruct, maintain, operate, replace, and renew
Domestic Water Pipelines.
and appurtenant structures, in, upon, over and across raid easement
or any part thereof, and ingress and egress over the following
described real property in the. County of San Bernardino, State of
California,, described as follows:
A fifteen (15j foot wide easement being 7 1/2 ' on either side
of the following described line:
Beginning at the intersection of Independence Avenue
with the centerline of Wabash Avenue; thence southerly along
said centerline of Wabash Avenue 37 .50 feet to the point of
beginning; thence South 89 degrees, 47 minutes, 53 seconds
West: 555 .70 feet to an angle point; thence south 0 degrees,
44 minutes , 17 seconds East 531 . 54 feet to a point of
terminus as shown in Exhibit "A" . Excepting therefrom all
the portion within street right-of-way.
The District retains proprietary rights to use the 15, easement for pur-
poses of, but not limited to, construction of nese facilities, playground uses
and additional temporary/permanent facilities.
