SEWER EASEMENT
An easement for sewer purposes 20 feet in width, over that portion of Parcel I of Parcel Map
6546 per map recorded in Book 150 of Parcel Maps, pages 89 and 90 Records of San Bernardino
County, State of California; the centerline of which is described as:
Commencing at the intersection of Ford Street and Goldenwest Drive as shown on said map;
thence North 62°42'12." East along the centerline of Goldenwest Drive, a distance of 222.82 feet
to the beginning of a curve concave to the south, having a radius of 820.00 feet;
thence northeasterly and easterly through a central angle of 38'02'52", an arc distance of 544.53
feet to a non-tangent line to which a radial line bears North I 0'45'04"East;
thence North 25°31'51" East, a distance of 3 0.5 5 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING
thence continuing along said line North 25°31'51" East, a distance of 106.17 feet to a non-tangent
curve concave to the south having a radius of 8070.00 feet, from which a radial line bears
S36'48'12"W lying 10.00 feet southerly and parallel, measured at right angles to the State of
California right of way per deed recorded in Book 5215, page 420 Official Records of said
County,
thence northwesterly along said curve through a central angle of 00'28'41", an arc distance of
67.35 feet;
thence continuing along said parallel line the following courses;
North 52033'07"West, a distance of 320.75 feet;
North 57"07'26" West, a distance of 363.02 feet;
North 50'25'30" West, a distance of 686.68 feet to the east line of Ford Street and the terminus
of easement. The south line of said 20 foot easement to be extended or shortened to intersect the
east line of Ford Street.
