For and in consideration of the benefits to be derived, and for other
valuable considerations , we
THOMAS E. GODFREY
hereby grant to the CITY OF REDLANDS
an easement for the construction, insta ation, maintenance, replacement
and removal of an irrigation line system over, under, upon and across
the followi_.o described property in the County of San Bernardino,
State of California :
See attached EXHIBIT "A" and EXHIBIT "B" , which are made a part
of this document.
The present irrigation line will be considered abandoned by the City and
be made available for sole usage of property owner.

This easement shall also include the right to use such adjoining land
as may be reasonably necessary during the construction period for proper
access to the work site, and shall continue in force and effect so long
as said system is operated and maintained within the above described
property.

EXHIBIT "A"
An easement over, under and across Blocks 14, 15 and 17 of
REDLANDS HEIGHTS, as per plat recorded in Book 11 , Page 16,
records of the County of San Bernardino, State of California,
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a weir commonly known as Weir No. 14; thence in a
Northeasterly, Northerly and Northwesterly direction along the
existing orange grove maintenance road to a point in the vicinity
of the most Westerly corner of Lot 12 of Tract No. 9607 , as per
plat recorded in Book 134 of Maps, Pages 51 and 52 , records of
said County.
