Maps, Pages 40 through 42, inclusive, with the County Recorder of the County of San
Bernardino, State of California, described as follows:
Commencing at the southeasterly comer of said lot 38, thence North 00 degrees 25
minutes 37 seconds East, aiong the easterly line of said Lot 38, a distance of 10.00 feet to
its intersection with a line that is parallel with and 10.00 feet northerly of the southerly
line of said Lot 38, said point being the true Point of Beginning,
