COUNTY. THE CENTERLINE OF SAID EASEMENT BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE CENTERLINE OF SUNSET DRIVE (FORMERLY CLIFF
DRIVE), WHICH IS NORTH 23-20'09-WEST 2.58 FEET FROM THE INTERSECTION OF
