SCE22-I8-1 NEW 12/08 Claim On motion of Councilmember Larson, seconded by Councilmember Beswick, the claim of Rancho Citrus Amigos in the amount of $13,600.00 was found not to be a proper charge against the City and therefore was rejected by AYE votes of all present. Claim On motion of Councilmember Larson, seconded by Councilmember Beswick, the claim of William Whitaker in an unknown amount was found not to be a proper charge against the City and therefore was rejected by AYE votes of all present. Claim On motion of Councilmember Larson, seconded by Councilmember Beswick, the claim of Lawrence Butler in the amount of $1,000,000.00 was found not to be a proper charge against the City and therefore was rejected by AYE votes of all present. Claim On motion of Councilmember Larson, seconded by Councilmember Beswick, the claim of Tony R. Martinez in the amounts stated in the filed claim was found not to be a proper charge against the City and therefore was rejected by AYE votes of all present. Report City Engineer Mutter presented the monthly contract monitoring reports updated to February 28, 1990, for projects currently being administered by the Engineering Service Department. Resolution On motion of Councilmember Beswick, seconded by Councilmember No. 4622 Larson, Resolution No. 4622, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Redlands adopting a water quality policy for domestic Water Policy use, was adopted by AYE votes of all present. Resolution On motion of Councilmember Beswick, seconded by Councilmember No. 4625 Larson, Resolution No. 4625, a resolution of the City of Redlands amending Resolution No. 4592 establishing a salary schedule and Salary compensation plan for City Employees and approving the reclassification and addition of new positions in the Planning and Building Divisions of the Community Development Department, was approved by AYE votes of all present. Community On motion of Councilmember Beswick, seconded by Councilmember Center Larson, Council authorized by AYE votes of all present the Parking Lot purchase of Assessor's Parcel No. 167-243-24 in the amount of $94,000.00 for the Community Center Parking Lot Expansion E Project. 4` Airport On motion of Councilmember Beswick, seconded by Councilmember Easement Larson, Council authorized by AYE votes of all present execution by the Mayor and City Clerk of an easement on Lot 1, Tract No. 12083-1 to the Southern California Edison Company for electrical service to the City's Municipal Airport apron lights.
