For and in consideration of the benefits to be derived, and for other
valuable considerations, the undersigned,
HORACE B. DILLOW and DARLA G. DILLOW
Hereby grant(s) to the CITY OF REDLANDS, a municipal corporation in the
County of San Bernardino, State of California, an easement for the
construction, installation, maintenance, replacement and removal of a
sewer service system over, under, upon and across the following described
real property:
See attached EXHIBIT "A" which is made a part hereof.
This easement shall also include the right to use such adjoining land as
may be reasonably necessary during the sewer construction period for
proper access to the work site, and shall continue in force and effect
so long as said system is operated and maintained within the above
described property.

EXHIBIT "A"
An 8 foot wide easement for sewer purposes over, under and across
Lot B of Tract No. 5688, as per plat recorded in Book 88 of Maps,
Pages 24 and 25, records of San Bernardino County, State of
California, and over that portion of Lot 4, Tract No. 5626, as
per plat recorded in Book 73 of Maps, Page 18, records of said
County, the centerline of said 8 foot wide easement being
described as follows:
COMMENCING at an angle point in the centerline of Crestview Road
said point being the Southwesterly prolongation of Easterly line
of Lot 4 of said Tract No. 5626; thence South 32° 30 ' 02" East
along the centerline of Crestview Road 15. 48 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING of said easement; thence North 25° 59 ' 52"
East 102. 72 feet; thence North 8° 14 ' 20" West 124. 30 feet to a
point on the Northwesterly line of said Lot B of Tract No. 5688,
said point being North 25° 13 ' 22" East 5. 44 feet from an angle
point in said Northwesterly line of Lot B, said angle point being
the most Easterly corner of Lot 4 of said Tract No. 5626.
CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed to
the City of Redlands dated February 21, 1986 from
Horace B. Dillow and Darla G. Dillow
to the City of Redlands, a governmental agency, is hereby accepted and
the Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
