For and in consideration of the benefits to be derived, and for other
valuable considerations, the undersigned,
GLEN L. DAVIS, D .D.S. , RANDALL GLEN DAVIS, JANICE DAVIS
Inc. , Employees Pension
Plan & Trust
Hereby grant(s) to the CITY OF REDLANDS, a municipal corporation in the
County of San Bernardino, State of California, an easement for the
construction, installation, maintenance, replacement and removal of a
sewer service system over, under, upon and across the following described
real property:
An 8 foot wide sewer easement over, under and across the Easterly 8 feet
of Parcel 3 of Parcel Map No. 6073, as per Parcel Map recorded in Book
70 of Parcel Maps, Pages 46 and 47, records of San Bernardino County,
State of California, said 8 feet being measured at right angles to and
parallel with the Southeasterly line of said Parcel 3, having a bearing
of North 24° 48 ' 00" East and a distance of 162. 37 feet.
This easement shall also include the right to use such adjoining land as
may be reasonably necessary during the sewer construction period for
proper access to the work site, and shall continue in force and effect
so long as said system is operated and maintained within the above
described property.
