For and in consideration of the benefits to be derived, and for other
valuabl-e considerations , the undersigned,

)lereby grant(s) to the CITY OF REDLANDS, a municipal corporation in the
Coiinty of San Bernardino, State of California, an easement for the
construction, installation, maintenance, replacement and removal of a
sturur drain _system over, under, upon and across the following described
real property:
All that portion of the Southeast 1/4 of Lot 17 of the BARTON RANCH, as
shown on the plat recorded in Book 6 of Maps, at Page 19 , records of
said County, described as the Westerly 12.00 feet thereof, lying between
Orange Avenue on the South and the centerline of the Morey Arroyo on
the North.

this easement shall include a temporary construction easement fifty
`�eet in width , lying between Orange Avenue on the South and the center
line of the Morey Arroyo on the North , and Parallel and contiguous to
the above described drainage easement , to remain in force and effect
for a period of ninety days from the date construction is commenced .

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed to
the City of Redlands dated November 3, 1986 from
Redlands Joint Venture #1, a California General Partnership
to the City of Redlands, a governmental agency, is hereby accepted and
the Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
