FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of.,which is hereby acknowledged,
do hereby grant to City of Redlands, a municipal corporation duly organized in
accordance with the laws of the State of Californias the real property in the County
of San Bernardino, State of California, des6ribed as follows.-
An easement for pipeline and right-of-way purposes, including the construction,
maintenance, repair and use of pipelines and appurtenances, and ingress and
egress over the following described real property in the County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows;
A fifteen (15 ) foot wide easement being 7 1/2' on either side
of the following described line:
Beginning at the intersection of Independence Avenue
with the centerline'. of Wabash Avenue; Thence Southerly along
said centerline of Wabash Avenue 30 feet to a point; Thence
South 89 degrees, 47 minutes, , 53 seconds West 663.20 feet;
Thence South 0 degrees, 44 minutes, 17 seconds East 535 feet
to the point of beginning; Thence South 44 degrees , 15
minutes, 43 seconds West 83 feet ' to a point of terminus as
shown in Exhibit "B" , excepting therefrom all the portion
within street right-of-way.
