CORPORATION GRANT OF EASEMENT
CALIFORNIA PALM LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant to City of Redlands, a Municipal Corporation duly
organized in accordance with laws of the State of California, described as
follows:
The permanent easement and right-of-way at any time, or from time
to time, to construct, maintain, operate, replace and renew
Domestic Water Pipelines.
and appurtenant structures in, upon, over and across said easement or any
part thereof, and ingress and egress over the following described real
property in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, described
as follows:
A 15 foot wide strip of land being the East 15 feet of Lot 12, Block 2, H. L. Williams
Tract No. 1, as per plat recorded in Book 2 of Maps, Page 19, County of San Bernardino.
