City may at any time change the location of pipelines or other facilities within the boundaries of the easement right-of-way, or modify the size of existing pipelines or other improvements as it may determine in its sole discretion from time to time without paying any compensation to Grantor, provided City does not expand its use of the easement beyond the easement boundaries described above. City shall give Grantor reasonable notice prior to entering Grantor's property in connection with the exercise of its rights hereunder,and City, at its sole expense, shall restore the surface of the easement area and other Grantor property to substantially the same condition that existed immediately prior to any disturbance or alteration. Grantor reserves the right to use the easement area for any use that does not unreasonably interfere with the City's rights granted herein. Grantor shall not increase or decrease, or permit to be increased or decreased, the existing ground elevations of the easement area which exists at the time this document is executed by a depth greater than required to achieve 30 inch minimum to 54 inch maximum cover from the future finish grade to top of pipe.
