Grantor reserves the right to full use and enjoyment of salad premises, except for the purposes Herein granted, provided that such use and enjoyment shall not hinder, conflict or interfere with the exercise of Grantee's right hereunder, and that no excavation, building, structure or ubMnwlions Shall be COWl.rnCted on the said casement without Grantee's written consent, which commit shall not be un'ellsonlbly willllleld. Grantee, insofar as it is pmclicablc to do so, shall bury all pipes and appurtenance-, al ,,lite of collslruc- tion and shall restore the surface of the ground, so lar as Is pnicticable, to Its Condition thiol' to inslallatiun. Grantee shall pay Grantor the reasonable amount of actual damages to crops, timber, fences, buildings, private roads, and other improvements caused by it on said lands in the construclion or reconSlruoion of the pipclincs or in exercise of the right of ingress or egress.
