Gentlemen:
SUBJECT: San Bernardino-Redlands-Tennessee-Yucaipa 66 kV TIL
Job Order 1951
Southern California Edison Company proposes to rebuild its existing 66 kV
transmission line, a portion of which runs through the City of Redlands. The above
work will require the addition of an anchor at Pole No. 580927E, located
northeasterly of Redlands Blvd. , south of Roosevelt Road.
At a field meeting on March 7, 1986, Mr. Mike Hufstetler approved the location of
the new anchor.
An easement on SCE form 124.1 (sample attached) will be necessary to cover the
installation. Edison normally pays $150.00 for rights of this type.
If this meets with your approval, please sign a copy of this letter and return it
to me. Upon receipt of the signed copy, I will forward our Right of Way Draft in
the amount of $150.00.
After the new facilities are installed, the formal Grant of Easement will be
prepared, based on as-built information, and sent to you for execution by the City.
Please contact me at (714) 820-5355 if you have any questions abeut this natter.
Very truly ours,
