Motion seconded by Councilmember Milson and carried unanimously. Water Tanker 1—m - On motion of Councilmember Larson, seconded by Councilmember Milson, Council unanimously authorized the General Services Director to negotiate the trade of excess City equipment to the City of Loma Linda for a used water truck for the California Street Landfill, and authorized conversion of the truck at a cost not to exceed $10,000.00. Qrant of Easement - On motion of Councilmember Larson, seconded by Councilmember Milson, Council unanimously approved a grant of easement to the Southern California Edison Company for Weil 3$ and Church Street Well, and authorized the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the document on behalf of the City. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:52 P.M. to an adjourned regular meeting to be held on November 4, 1992, at 6:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 212 Brookside Avenue, Redlands, California.
