20 On August 26, 2002 the court made and entered its stipulated judgment against

defendant William J. Locklin ("Locklin"), whereby the court adjudged and decreed the amount
22
23 of just compensation and damages to be paid by Plaintiff City of Redlands ("Redlands") for the
24 condemnation and taking by Redlands of a portion of Parcel No. 298-061-19.
25 IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:
26 1. There is hereby taken and condemned by Redlands an easement in and to the real
27 property described. E°

FINAL ORDER OF CONDEMNATION
1 2. A certified copy of this Final Order of Condemnation shall be recorded in the Office of
2 the Recorder of the County of San Bernardino, State of California, and thereupon there shall vest
3 in Redlands the property described in Exhibit"A".

3. Redlands took possession of the real property on April 2, 2002,pursuant to an Order for
5
6 Possession dated July 10, 2001.
7 4. The parcel of real property referred to above and is situated in the County of San
8 Bernardino, State of California, and is described in Exhibit"A", attached hereto and incorporated
9 herein.

PERMANENT EASEMENT
A permanent easement and night-of-way at any time, or from time to time, to construct, maintain,
operate, replace and renew a pipeline and appurtenant structures in, upon, and across said
easement or any part thereof, and ingress and egress over the following described real property in
the County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows:

SAN BERNARDINO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, BEING A 20 FOOT WIDE STRIP OF LAND THE
CENTERLINE OF WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 1 SOUTH,
