Locklin ("Locklin"), whereby the court adjudged and decreed the amount 22 23 of just compensation and damages to be paid by Plaintiff City of Redlands ("Redlands") for the 24 condemnation and taking by Redlands of a portion of Parcel No. 298-061-19. 25 IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED: 26 1. There is hereby taken and condemned by Redlands an easement in and to the real 27 property described. E° 28 i FINAL ORDER OF CONDEMNATION 1 2. A certified copy of this Final Order of Condemnation shall be recorded in the Office of 2 the Recorder of the County of San Bernardino, State of California, and thereupon there shall vest 3 in Redlands the property described in Exhibit"A". 4 3.
