BY: (&� Y A' Mayor BY- City lerk RESOLUTION NO. 4152 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DECLARING THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY IS SURPLUS AND IS NOT REQUIRED FOR PUBLIC USE AND ORDERING THE SALE OF SAID PROPERTY The City Council of the City of Redlands does resolve as follows: SECTION ONE: A portion of the subject property was purchased with Gas Tax funds to provide right-of-way for the realignment of Fifth Avenue and Fairview Lane. The surplus property is the remnant and a portion of old Fifth Avenue. The subject property is now deemed surplus to the needs of the City of Redlands, and said property is more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached thereto. SECTION TWO: The City Council of the City of Redlands hereby finds and determines that certain property owned by the City is surplus, that it is not necessary for present or prospective public purposes, and that its sale would be for the common benefit. SECTION THREE: That the City Manager of the City of Redlands be authorized to negotiate the sale of the property after following all mandated legal procedures. SECTION FOUR: That the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Redlands, upon completion of the sale, be authorized to execute a grant deed on behalf of the City of Redlands for sale of said property.
