Confirming Lot Line Adjustment recorded June 4, 2012 as instrument No. 2012-0218944
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation, hereby grants to the City of Redlands, a municipal
corporation, for purposes of effectuating a lot line adjustment, that certain real property located
in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, which is more particularly described in
Exhibit "A," and shown by cross-hatch on Exhibit "B," both exhibits being attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference.
