per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 2 , records of said
County, described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point 490 feet North of the South corner of the
East 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the North 1/2 of said Lot 28 ; thence
North 40 feet; thence West 330 feet; thence South 40 feet; thence
East 330 feet to the point of beginning.
