part of Dunlap Ranch as per Map Book 20, Page 54, records of
said County, described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of Block 100 of
Subdivision No. 4 of a part of Yucaipa Valley, as per Map
Book 19, Pages 19 and 20, records of said County, being the
intersection of the centerlines of Avenue E (formerly
Arizona Street) and 10th Street (formerly Avenue F) ;
