of Redlands, a municipal corporation, (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee"), all of the Grantor's
right, title and interest in the real property ("the Property"), described as follows:

Town Mentone Lot I Block 61 and West 1/2 Alley Vacated Adjacent on East and 15
Feet of Beryl Avenue Vacated Adjacent on West Except South 4 Feet(Well Site).

AFFIDAVIT OF LOST CERTIFICATE
STAVE OF CALIFORNIA
COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO
That on January 19 , 1981 Certificate Number 12 for 4 (4/60 )
shares of the capital stock of TENNESSEE WATER COMPANY was issued
to CITY OF REDLANDS, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION.
The Affiant has searched all files of which they have any
knowledge in an effort to 'Locate such certificate of stock. Such
certificate cannot be found and the same is presumed to be lost.
The Affiants hereby request the Company to re-issue a replacement
certificate and they agree to hold the Company free and harmless
for re-issuing this new certificate. They also agree that if the
old certificate should ever be found, they will return it to the
Company.
