Cunningham, Council authorized by AYE votes of all present the
Mayor and City Clerk to execute a grant deed for a portion of
City-owned land for the proper development of Lot 22 of Tract
No. 10084 which will allow the improvements to Riverview Drive to
be completed by the developer.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at
8:15 P.M. to an adjourned regular meeting to be held on Tuesday,
February 27, 1990, at 9:00 A.M. in the City Hall Conference
Room, 30 Cajon Street, Redlands.
Next regular meeting, March 6, 1990.
