An easement over a portion of Lot 1 , Tract 12535, Book 175 of Maps, Pages 42 and 43,
County of San Bernardino, for Contract "B" line irrigation, said easement being 10
feet in width, the center line of which is described as follows: _
Beginning at the northeast corner of before mentioned Lot 1 ; thence South 89046'25"
West, 9.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence South 0043'48" East, 373.91
feet; thence South 37043'05" West, 10.00 feet; thence South 76009'58" West, 37.09 feet
to the Point of Termination.
