On motion of Councilman Larsen, seconded by Councilman
Martinez , Council unanimously authorized the sale of the
City' s 13/30th interest in the Langford Well site, located on
the north side of Redlands Boulevard, approximately 1,200
feet east of Mountain View Avenue, to General American Life
Insurance Company for $12 ,000 .00 . The Insurance Company
currently owns the balance of the well site and the purchase
of the Mission well site by the City was conditioned by the
sale to the Insurance Company of the 13/30th interest.

Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 8, said Southeast corner being
25.50 feet West of the center line of Alabama Street and 30.00 feet North of the
center line of Palmetto Avenue; thence West along the South line of said Lot 8,
103.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence North at right angles 50 feet;

This purchase money Deed of Trust is given to secure a portion of the purchase

A. Beneficiary will release Lot 11 upon payment of $368,800.00 ON THE PRINCIPAL
OF THE NOTE SECURED BY THIS DEED OF TRUST, LESS THE AMOUNT OF THE PRINCIPAL
