Box 3005 Redlands, CA 92373 SUBJECT: Grant Deed - Muraligopal Dear Mr. Mutter: Enclosed is the grant deed we discussed regarding the remnant portion of Sophia Court, being a vacation of the street as recorded by Tract No. 10082 in the City of Redlands. Also enclosed is a Title Report depicting the parcel in question and the vesting. Pursuant to our discussion, it would appear• appropriate for the City of Redlands to grant this parcel to Dr. Muraligopal and have him incorporate it as a part of a future lot on his property. Would you please have the grant deed executed and return the original to my office. I will hand carry the document to the County Recorder' s office for recordation.
