That portion of the Southeast one-quarter of Lot 22, Barton Ranch, in the
City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as
recorded in Book 6 of Maps, Page 19, records of said County, described as
follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Tennessee Street and
Grange Avenue as shown on said map; thence N 0°45'00" W along
said centerline of Tennessee Street 45.55 feet; thence S 89°15'00" W at
right angles to said centerline of Tennessee Street 44.00 feet to a point
on the westerly right-of-way line as it now exists, said point also
being the True Point of Beginning; thence S 0°45'00" E along said
right-of-way line 13.13 feet to a point which is 32.00 feet, measured at
right angles, from the centerline of said Orange Avenue, said point
being on the northerly right-of-way line of Orange Avenue as it now
exists; thence S 89°48'00" W 13.13 feet along said last mentioned
right-of-way line to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave to the
northwest and having a radius of 13.00 feet; thence easterly and
northerly along said curve through a central angle of 90°33'00" an arc
distance of 20.55 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
