CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by
the deed or grant deed dated November 26 19 75 from
City of Redlands to THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF REDLANDS, a political corporation and governmental agency,
is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer or agent on behalf of
the Agency pursuant to authority conferred by order of the Members cnl
W,
of the Agency adopted an February 18 1975, and the Grantee
consents to recordation thereof by the duly authorized officer.

That portion of Lots 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14, and that portion of
the alley adjoining said lots on the south, all in Block 7,
Town Plat of Redlands, as per plat recorded in Book 5 of Maps,
page 10, records of said county, described as follows :
Beginning at the intersection of the southerly line of the alley
running east and west through said Block 7 and the westerly line
of Orange Street, said point being 10 feet west of the northeast
corner of Lot 1 of said Block 7; thence westerly along the southerly
line of said alley 111.35 feet to the most easterly northeast
corner of the property conveyed to Bank of America National Trust
and Savings Association, a national banking association--'- by- deed
recorded July 17, 1957 in Book 4281, page 113, Official Records;
thence northerly along the prolongation of the most easterly line
of said Bank of America property 7 feet to the centerline of said
alley; thence westerly along said center line 58.65 feet to the
southerly prolongation of the most northerly easterly line of said
Bank of America property; thence northerly along said southerly
prolongation and along said most northerly easterly line of the
Bank of America property 100.25 feet, more or less, to the southerly
line of the property taken by the City of Redlands, a municipal
corporation by final judgment in condemnation, a certified copy of
which was recorded August 31, 1938 in Book 1292, page 402, Official
Records,- thence easterly along the southerly line of said City of
Redlands property 170 feet to its intersection with the westerly
line of orange Street, said point being 10 feet west of the easterly
line of Lot 14 in said Block 7; thence southerly along the westerly
line of orange Street 107.25 feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning.
