All that certain real property situated in the County of San Bernardino, State of
CaUmnia,described as follows:
A strip of larid sixty(60)feet in width,being a part of Lot 31 of the Orange Grove
Horriestead, recorded in Book 2 of Maps, records of San Bernardino County,
California, at Page 5 thereof, said strip of WW sixty(60)feet in width being thirty
(30)feet an each side of the following described center line. to-wit:
Beginning at a point in the North One of San Bernardino Avenue, said point of
beginning being Easterly two hundred and thirty two and five tenths (232-5)feet
from the Southwest comer of said Lot 31; thence from said point of beginrting on
a 11 degree curve to the right and Northwest having a radius of 521,7 feet three
hundred thirty four and twenty five hundredths (334.25)feet to a point in the West
fine of said Lot 31, said last mentioned point being distant Northerly two hundred
