TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appur-
tenances thereunto belonf'ins or in anywise, appertainincf, and the reversion and,
reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof.
TO H.4 FE ,FIND TO MOLD, all and singular the said premises, together with
the appurtenances, unto the said parties of the second ,part, in trust nevertheless,
upon the following conditions, to-wit:
To hold the possession of, lease, exchange, sell or convey said, property or any

proceeds derived from such lease, exchange, sale or conveyance of said property
to be paid into the treasury of the, Young .Men's Christian .4ssoeiation, by said
trustees, for the benefit of the building fund of said association. .Rny and all
lessees and purchasers of said lands, or any part thereof, to take title from
said trustees, or either of them, or their successors as hereinafter provided, dis-
charged of this trust; and all lessees and purchasers of land are hereby released
of all necessity of takin6 notice of the disposition of the funds derived from
such lease or sale by said trustees.
In the event of the death of either of said trustees, the other shall have
full power to execute the trust, hereby created as fully and completely as though
both were alive and, acting; and in the event of the death of both of said

any Judse of the Superior Court of the County of Los 4ngeles shall, upon
such nomination, appoint a successor or successors to complete this trust, such
appointment to be evidenced by an instrument in writing duly signed by the

natind the person or persons so nominated and a certified copy of the order
of the Court, appointing such successor or successors, which said, documents
shall be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County in which
the trust property is situate, and such successor or successors so appointed
shall be authorized, and, empowered to complete this trust, as fully as thou-dh
named the trustees heretander.
