This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by

Aster r=pany to the City of Redlands, a political corporation and/or
governmental agency, is hereby accepted by order of the City Council on
July , 1975, and the Grantee consents to recordation thereof
by its duly authorized officer.

Resolution No. 3179, a resolution requesting the Federal
Resolution Government to modify the Housing and Community Develop-
No. 3179 ment Act of 1974 to allocate block grant funds for
Housing and cities with populations of 50,400 or less, was presented.
Community This was discussed at length and was tabled to a later
Development date to allow the Housing Commission to review the
Act resolution at their meeting near the end of June.
Mr. Medina, of 25502 San Bernardino Avenue, addressed
Council. He commented on the work, of the ABLE Committee
toward a Federal Grant for a senior citizens ' center. .
He requested that the Council keep in mind applying for
funds in 1976 for a community center for the north side.
CITY MANAGER
Following lengthy discussion, on motion of Councilman
Miller, seconded by councilwoman Grace, unanimous
SBTS approval was given to an agreement between San Bernardino
Agreement Transit System and the,.Ci.ty of .San Bernardino for the
purchase of San Bernardino city-owned vehicles and
Vehicles & equipment. The Council was assured that there were
Equipment ample funds remaining in the :325 monies to cover the
Redlands portion of this costa This agreement has been
approved by the City Managers ' Technical Committee, and
is recommended in this form by the Board of Directors
of the SBTS and the City Councilsofthe cities in-
volved.
Agree t An agreement with the Fest Re€ilands Water Company, to
obtain easement for access and relocating pipes in

connection with the construction of Ford, Park Reservoir,

Water The agreement includes the exchange of one acre of land
