BY THIS DEED OF TRUST, made this 13th day of August 19 93 , between

herein called Beneficiary,
Trustorrants, transfers, and assigns to trustee, intrust, with power of sale, that property in
Re City of Redlands San Bernardino Court( California, described as:
Parcel 2 of PARCEL MAP NO. 13102, as per plat recorded in Book 1 8 of parcel maps,
pages 19,and 20, records of said county.
The Note secured hereby contains the following provision: "This Note is subject to
Section 2966 of the Civil. Code of the State of California, whichrovides that the
holder of this note shall give written notice to the Trustor, or Eis successor in
interest, of prescribed information at least 90 days, and not more than 150 days,
before any balloon payment is due."
Trustor also assigns to Beneficiary all rents, issues and profits of said really reserving the right to collect and use the same except
dUffnq continuance of defauft hereunder and during continuance of such default authorizing Beneficiary to collect and enforce the

For purpose of securing:
(1)Payment of the inclehtedness evidenced by one promissory note in the pTinctpai sum of s 119,000.00

advanced by the Beneficiary to Trustor,or his successors,with interest thereon,evidenced by additional notes(indicating they are
so secured) or by endorsement on the original note, executed by Trustor or his successor; (3) performance of each agreement of
Trustor incorporated by reference or contained herein
On October 25, 1973,identical fictitious Deeds of Trust were recorded in the offices of the County Recorders of the Counties of the
State of California, the first page thereof appearing in the book and at the page of the records of the respective County Recorder as

You are instructed to accept all further Buyer's instructions in this escrow from
Diana Heemstra, and all funds, if any, deposited by or for the credit of JOHN
HEEM�TRA AND DIANA HEEMSTRA in this escrow are to be used for the credit of and upon
the instructions of Diana Heemstra without consideration to John Heemstra. �ohn
Seemstra has withdrawn as purchaser in this escrow.
2. Buyer will cause to be handed you a Quitclaim Deed covering subject property
executed by Buyer's spouse in favor of the Buyer as Buyer's separate property; which
document is to be recorded with other documents in this escrow at the expense of the
Buyer.
3. The legal description of the property to be conveyed through this escrow is hereby
amended to read:
Parcel 2 of PARCEL MAP No. 13102, as per plat recorded in Book 158 of parcel maps,
pages 19 and 20, records of San Bernardino County, California.
4. The Assessor's Parcel Number of the property to be conveyed through this escrow is
hereby amended to be: Assessor's Parcel Number 174-281-27.
5. Seller and Buyer acknowledge receipt of and approve a copy of preliminary report of
title covering the subject property furnished by Union Land Title Company, Order No.
603604-6, dated as of July 28, 1993, with the legal description and Items I through
21 , as set forth therein, specifically approved to show in the policy of title
insurance to be issued in conjunction with this escrow.
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.
