That portion of the South 1/2 of the North 1/2 of Section 18, Township
1 South, Range 2 West, SAN BERNARDINO MERIDIAN, according to the
official plat of said land filed in the District Land Office February
24, 1869, lying Westerly of the Westerly right of way line to the
Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad, as same runs through said
Section.
EXCEPT that portion thereof included within Wabash Avenue.
NOTE: The land herein described is also shown as a Part of Lots 1
and 2, Block 14, MAP OF MENTONE, commonly called "MENTONE STRETCH
MAP", according to the map recorded in Book 8, page 81 of maps, in
the office of the County Recorder of said County.
