That portion of the Southeast quarter of Section 13, Township 1 South, Range 3 West, San
Bernardino Meridian, In the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California,
according to the official map thereof, described as follows:
Commencing at a point in the East line of said Southeast quarter, 480 feet Southerly of the East
quarter-comer of said Section 13;
Thence South 89*54'45" West, along a line that is parallel with and 480 feet distant from the North
line of said Southeast quarter, a distance of 1,317.2 feet, to the East line of the Northwest quarter
of said Southeast quarter, said point being the True POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence, continuing along said parallel line, South 89054'45" West, 76.83 feet;
Thence South 45005'15" East, 7.07 feet, to a point on a line that is parallel with and 5.00 feet
distant from the previous course;
