John K. Powell as Trusted of the John K Powell Trust Under Declaration of
Trust Dated September 13, 1996 and J.G. Powell as Trustee# of that
certain Revocable Declaration of Trust known as The Powell Family Living Trust Dated November
17, 1997, does hereby grant to the City of Redlands, A Municipal Corporation, duly organized in accordance
with laws of the State of California, an easement for public road purposes, including public utility and
public services, across the real property in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:

That portion of the Northwest one-quarter of the Southeast one-quarter of Section 21.
Township 1 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the City of Redlands,
County of San Bernardino, State of California, according to the official plat thereof,
described as follows:
The Northerly 52.00 feet of the land described in Parcel No. 2 in that certain quitclaim
deed recorded November 11, 1997 as Instrument No. 19970424598 of Official Records in
the office of the County recorder of said County, said Parcel No. 2 being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East boundary line of said Northwest one-quarter
which is 718.67 feet North from the Southeast corner thereof; thence running
North along the East boundary line thereof 597.8 feet, more or less, to the
Northeast corner thereof thence West along the North boundary line thereof
311.13 feet, more or less, to a point which is 1008.87 feet east from the northwest
corner thereof; thence Southerly on a line parallel with the East boundary of said
Northwest one-quarter 597.8 feet, more or less, to a point due West of the point of
