Those portions of a parcel described in deed to PAARK, LLC, a California
Limited Liability Company and Andrew Gin Lee, recorded March 5, 2004 as
Document No. 2004-0156151 of Official Records of San Bernardino County, said
parcel described in deed as follows:
That portion of the South 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 24, Township
I South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the City of
Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, according to
Official Government plat thereof, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Northeast 1/4 of Section 24;
thence along the South line of said Northeast 1/4 South 89'17'28" West,
630.96 feet; thence North 00'38'44"West, 645.13 feet; thence North
