For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor hereby grants to the City an exclusive, irrevocable, easement together with the right to forever maintain, operate, improve, alter, reconstruct, inspect, repair, occupy and use, and otherwise install necessary appurtenances therein, for the construction and maintenance of unimproved and/or improved pedestrian and bike trail rights-of-way, as determined appropriate by the City, together with all rights of ingress and egress to said easement over and across that certain real property ("Easement Area"), described on Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto. Grantor agrees that no other easement shall be granted on, under or over this easement without the prior written consent of the City. In witness whereof, Grantor has caused this Grant of Easement to be signed on the date indicated below.
