operate, replace, and renew a Sewer Pipeline and Appurtenances located in the City of Redlands,
County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows:

Ranch, as per plat recorded in Book 6 of Maps, Page 19, records of the County of San Bernardino,
State of California,which is situated wholly and totally North of the storm ditch which crosses said
Southeast one quarter beginning at Nevada Street and running in a Northwesterly direction.
