Grantor(s)agree(s) for themselves (h..._-_..self),--self),their (h.._.___) heirs and assigns, not to erect, place or
maintain,nor to permit the erection, placement or maintenance of any building, planter boxes, earth fill or
other Structures except walls and fences on the above described real property. The Grantee, and its con-
tractors,agents and employees, shall have the right to trim or cut tree roots as may endanger or interfere
with said systems and shall have free access to said system,,,; and every part thereof, at all times, for
the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted: provided, however, that in making any excavation on
said property of the Grantor(s). the Grantee shall make the same in such manner as will cause the least
injury to the surface of the ground around such excavation, and shall replace the earth so removed by it
and restore the surface of the ground to as near the same condition as it was prior to such excavation as is
practicable.

EXHIBIT "A"
Various strips of land lying within Parcels 3 and 4 of Parcel Map No. 2998 as
recorded in Book 25, Pages 90 to 92, inclusive, of Parcel Maps, Records of San
Bernardino County, California.
The centerlines of said strips are described as follows:

STRIP NO. 1:
The centerline of an 8-foot strip is described as follows:
Beginning at the South line of said Parcel 3, distant West 347 feet West of the
centerline of Orange Avenue; thence North 08' West, 38 feet; thence North 21.5
feet to a point hereinafter referred to as Point "A"; thence North 48' East,
10 feet; thence East, parallel with the centerline of Citrus Avenue, 115 feet;
thence North 30* East, 13 feet; thence North 00* 00' 55" West, 20 feet to a
point hereinafter referred to as Point "B".
STRIP NO. 2:
The centerline of a 4-foot strip is described as follows:
Beginning at said Point "B"; thence North and 2 feet East of the East line of
Parcel 2 of said Parcel Map No. 2998, a distance of 206 feet; thence North
30* 00' 55" West, parallel and 2 feet Northeasterly of the Northeasterly line
of said Parcel 2, a distance of 78 feet; thence North, Parallel with and
