The Northerly 20 feet of the Easterly 10 feet of Lot 7, Block B, of the Fairbanks and Wilson
Subdivision, as per map recorded in Book 4. page(s) 47 of Maps, Records nfsaid County.
ALSCJ, a strip of land 8 feet in width lying within said Lot 7; the centerline of said strip being

COMMENCING atapoint inthe centerline nYEureka Street, 40 feet wida, said point being
Southeasterly 160 feet, measured along said centerline of Eureka Street, from the intersection of
the centerlines of said Eureka Street and Oriental Avenue, as now established; thence leaving said
centerline of Eureka Street, North 67030^ East, 20 feet, \othe TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
continuing North 67030' East, adimtanue of feet; thence Northwesterly on a line parallel to the
centerline of said Eureka Street, adistance of8Qfeet; thence North 22030' East, a distance of 23

This legal description was prepared pursuant to Sen. 8730(c) of the Business & Professions Code,
The Grantor agrees for |tse|f, its successors and assigns, not to erect, place or maintain, nor to
permit the ereohon, placement or maintenance of any building, planter boxes, earth U|| or other
structures except walls and fences on the above described rmo| property, The C3rantee, and its
nmntracturs, agents and emp|oyees, shall have the right to trim or cut tree roots as may endanger or
interfere with said systems and shall have free access to said systems and every part (henao/, at all
times, for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted; provided, however. that in making any
excavation on said property of the Grantor, the Grantee shall make the same in such manner as will cause
the least injury to the surface of the ground around such excavation, and shall replace the earth so
removed by it and n*eton* the surface of the ground to as near the same condition as it was prior to such
excavation as is praohcab}e.
