PUBLIC SEWER EASEMENT
Those portions of Parcels 2, 3 and 4 of Parcel Map No. 17279, as shown by map on file in
Book 215 of Parcel Maps, at Pages 4 and 5, Records of San Bernardino County, California. more
particularly described as follows;
COMMENCING at the northwest corner of said Parcel 2, said point being on the easterly
right-of-way line of California Street(65,00 feet in half-width) as shown on said parcel map;
Thence South 00'22'32" East along the westerly line of said Parcel 2 and along said easterly
right-of-way line,a distance of 67.50 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence continuing South 00'22'32" East along said westerly line, a distance of 25.00 feet to a
point on a line parallel with and distant southerly 922.50 feet, measured at a right angle, from the
northerly line of said Parcel 2;
Thence North 89'3332*' East along said parallel line, a distance of 1556.33 feet to a point on
